Warranty
Every vehicle we sell comes with a minimum 3-month warranty as standard, underwritten by an FCA-authorised warranty provider — extendable to 12 or 24 months at the point of sale.
Covered
- Engine and gearbox
- Clutch (mechanical failure only)
- Steering and suspension
- Braking system
- Electrics, including the alternator and starter motor
- Cooling system, including the radiator and water pump
Not covered
- Wear and tear items — tyres, brake pads/discs, wiper blades, bulbs
- Pre-existing faults disclosed at the point of sale
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or missed servicing
- Cosmetic items — bodywork, paintwork, upholstery
Making a claim
Call us before booking any work in — most faults can be diagnosed and fixed at an approved garage near you, with the cost settled directly between us and the garage. Get in touch via our contact page and we'll talk you through it.
