Using this site
By browsing CarBuyNowor making a reservation or purchase, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Vehicle listings
We describe every vehicle as accurately as we can at the time of listing. Photos, mileage, specification and pricing are correct when published but can change — always confirm current details with us before you commit to buy.
Reserving a vehicle
A £99 reservation fee holds a vehicle for you while we prepare your paperwork. It is fully refundable if you decide not to go ahead, and is deducted from the purchase price if you do. Reserving a vehicle does not guarantee finance approval.
Buying a vehicle
Full payment (or your agreed finance) must clear before the vehicle is released to you. Ownership transfers once payment is received in full. Delivery and collection dates are estimates, agreed with you directly by our team.
Finance
CarBuyNow acts as a credit broker, not a lender, and may receive a commission from the lender for introducing you. Finance is subject to status and approval by the lender.
Your right to cancel
If you reserve a vehicle and decide not to go ahead with the purchase, your £99 reservation fee is refunded in full — whatever your reason, and however long it takes you to decide.
If you go on to buy a vehicle without visiting a showroom in person, you also have a legal right to cancel the purchase itself within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To cancel, return the vehicle to our Lincoln showroom. If you've already taken delivery and used the vehicle beyond what's reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may deduct up to 5% of the vehicle's price from your refund to cover the loss in value.
Liability
We aren't liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, or for issues outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
