Refund policy
You can cancel within 30 days by emailing support@carbuynow.co.uk with your receipt number, the date of purchase, your contact details and a request to cancel. Refunds are issued within 14 days.
Cancellation isn't available once a check has been used to look at a vehicle, or where any part of a multi-check pack has been used.

What a Full Check adds
Outstanding finance
Whether money is still owed on it. A vehicle under finance can be repossessed from you after you've paid the seller.
Insurance write-off
Whether an insurer has ever written it off, and the category — which decides whether it should be on the road at all.
Stolen marker
Whether it's recorded as stolen on the police database. A stolen vehicle is returned to its owner, and you lose what you paid.
